Paternity Testing
The only required parties for a paternity test are the alleged father and child, however, the biological mother’s sample is recommended because it helps strengthen the test results. If there is a possibility that two or more alleged fathers are directly related to one another, it is highly recommended that both men be tested and the mother should always be tested to prevent the chances of false inclusion results.
Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test(NIPP)
Alleged father and mother (including fetal DNA). Buccal swab from alleged father, blood draw from mother w/ special NIPP kit. Kit and blood draw additional including immunohistochemistry and molecular testing, to ensure accurate and reliable results. Additional persons + $250
Gender Reveal Blood Test

DOT Drug Testing
We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality medical care. That's why we offer affordable testing and diagnostic services that are accessible to everyone. We work with a range of insurance providers to ensure that our services are affordable and accessible to all.
Pre-Employment Testing
We Offer Two Types of Pre-Employment Testing:
1. DOT (Legal / Federally Mandated) Testing
For employers regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation, we provide collections in strict compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 requirements. This includes:
• DOT 5-Panel Drug Test: Marijuana (THC), Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, and PCP
• Alcohol Breath Testing
• Certified collectors & secure chain of custody
• Electronic Custody and Control Forms (eCCF) available
• Results reviewed by a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO)
DOT testing is mandatory for:
• Commercial drivers (CDL)
• Aviation and railroad personnel
• Transit workers and pipeline operators
2. Non-DOT (Private / Internal Policy) Testing
For all other businesses, we offer customizable drug and alcohol testing based on your company’s policies. Options include:
• Standard 5-, 10-, or 12-panel drug tests
• Instant (rapid) testing or lab-based confirmations
• Alcohol breath or saliva testing
• Mobile on-site collections at your office or job site
